Every Great Dream

I needed to design a generic relatively simple card today because I needed 13 of them.  I often turn to CAS(E) this Sketch when I need something like this, so I grabbed their sketch.  Along the way, I learned that card I made will also work for CASE Study and CAS - Colours and Sketches.

Like the card I showed you in the previous post, I've used the embossed cardstock from Dream Pop.  Sponging the tangerine cardstock with outdoor denim ink gave it a whole new look.  The sentiment is from the set called Scrapbook Sentiments - Poets, and I used the Artiste cartridge to cut the flowers and silver glitter circle.

You are a genius. I would never, in a million years, have thought to combine the orange in Dream Pop with Outdoor Denim. It is awesome and gives this paper such a different look.

Great use of the colour combo, such a contempo 'feel' to your card, and it's true, the yellow flower really pops. Thanks for playing along with us at CAS colours and Sketches
